Contact us about your information

Easivaro is an Australian small business. For a question about this notice, or to request access, a correction or deletion, email hello@easivaro.com.au. We will review your request and explain if any information needs to be kept for an active project or an applicable record-keeping obligation.

What we collect and why

If you send a project brief, we collect your name and email address, optional business name, your answers and description, selected budget and timing, and any files or sketch you attach. We use these to assess your request, contact you and suggest a suitable scope. If you agree to a project, we may use relevant information to plan and deliver it. Sending a brief does not place an order or commit you to a price.

Please only share information you are authorised to provide. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in a brief or attachment.

How your enquiry is handled

Your brief and attachments are stored in private website storage for Easivaro to review. A notification to our business inbox contains only a reference and a link to the restricted review area; it does not contain your answers, contact details or files. Our website, storage and email providers may process technical or enquiry information outside Australia. We do not add you to a marketing list when you send an enquiry.

Working with others

Freelancers who help us do not receive access to the customer details or files you submit through this form. If we need outside help, we prepare separate working material with names, contact details and other information that could identify you or your customers removed before sharing it. Your enquiry is not automatically sent to an AI service.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that has not become a project is scheduled for deletion six calendar months after submission, including its attachments. Easivaro marks an enquiry as a started project when work begins. Started project records are kept for delivery, support and applicable record-keeping needs, and are outside this automatic enquiry deletion rule.

Demonstrations

Information entered into the product, pricing and form demonstrations stays in your browser for the on-screen example and is not submitted as an enquiry. Downloadable samples are for you to use locally.
